Beginning June 15, Agave e Ginestra invites guests to enjoy dinner on the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, where the chef honours the original mediterranean kitchen and delicious international pastries.
The menu offering is curated personally by chef Adalgisa Da Silva, origin of Bahia/Brazil, who interpretes with great sensibility and imagination local flavours and dishes and enriches them with influences from her native Bahia, from South America, North Africa, Capo Verde and Sicily.
Highest importance is assigned to the origin and freshness of the basic products, fresh local fish and biologically grown vegetables, fruits and herbs, which we carefully grow in our gardens, on our volcanic earth, which gives unique flavors and aromas to every dish.
